Welcome to Vama Wellness Centre or Women (a unit of Vama Womens Hospital Pvt Ltd). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and related platforms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

Vama Womens Hospital Pvt Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is located in Surat, Gujarat, India. We provide a range of health and wellness services, including but not limited to:

 

      • Gynecological and reproductive healthcare across the female life cycle—from adolescence to menopause

      • Fertility care and preconception counseling

      • Obstetric care, including antenatal and postnatal support

      • 2D/3D obstetric and pelvic sonography, mammography, and other diagnostic imaging services

      • Cancer screening and early detection, including breast and cervical cancer

      • Cervical health care, including Pap smears and HPV vaccination

      • General medicine and minor surgical procedures tailored for female patients

      • Clinical psychology, psychiatric counseling, and holistic mental health support

      • Dietetic consultation and nutritional therapy for various health conditions

      • Dermatological care and counselling

      • ENT services for women and adolescent girls

      • Vaccination services, including adult and adolescent immunizations

    • Preventive health checkups, including blood tests and customized wellness packages

Our services are offered both in-person and online, ensuring accessible care for women across all life stages.

 

 

2. User Eligibility

 

      • Our services are exclusively for women, provided by women doctors.

      • Male partners may accompany female patients where appropriate.

    • We welcome all age groups. However, minors (below 18 years) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

 

 

3. Appointments, Payments & Gift Cards

 

      • Appointments can be booked via our website or phone call.

      • Payments are accepted:
            • Online via Razorpay

          • In-person by card or cash

    • We offer gift cards redeemable for selected services. Please contact us to learn more.

 

 

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

We understand that plans may change. Please review the following:

 

      • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

      • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

    • Refunds for missed appointments or dissatisfaction are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
